1.1 Non-Tangible Services Due to the nature of our digital marketing and content creation services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or services have been delivered. However, we are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.
1.2 Digital Products For digital downloads or software purchased through our platform, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made by error
- Non-delivery of services due to technical issues attributable to Miraiyo
- Failure to deliver a product or service as explicitly agreed in writing
2.2 Refund requests for services or products will only be considered if submitted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

4.2 Cancellations
- For prepaid services: Cancellations made prior to the commencement of services may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative fees.
- For ongoing services: No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or in progress.
